Our guarantee policy is very simple.

We will replace ANY product we print due to manufacturing defect or defective materials.

We will replace any item with an identical item (typestyle, colors, names, images, etc...) as your replacement.

T-shirts - Towels: Must not have been worn, washed, dirty, etc...

Vinyl: Must not have been taken off the transfer tape. Not been applied to any surface, must be clean, undamaged, etc...

We cannot change wording, colors, images, or anything on your replacement so PLEASE check your spelling.

When you order with Paypal and.IF.you want a name or short text to be printed, please type in the NAME that you wish to be printed, in the Paypal comments section. Please check your spelling. If you spell your name as smith, then it will be printed as smith. If you spell it as Smith, then it will be printed as Smith. If you spell it as SMITH, then it will be printed as SMITH. If it is spelled Smiith, then it will be printed as Smiith.

We DO NOT correct ANY text that is submitted for printing, even if it is wrong.
